Shipping & Delivery Policy

At West Lake Foods, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable delivery services to support the operational needs of our customers. The following outlines our current policies regarding order pickup, delivery, and return procedures.


Same-Day Warehouse Pickup

Customers may arrange for same-day pickup directly from our warehouse:

We recommend calling ahead to confirm product availability and prepare your order for a smooth pickup process.


Local Delivery – Houston and Surrounding Areas

We offer next-day delivery for customers located in Houston and neighboring cities, including but not limited to:

  • Katy

  • Pearland

  • Pasadena

  • Sugar Land

  • Humble

To confirm eligibility and schedule delivery, please contact our sales team.


Regional Delivery – Greater Texas and Louisiana

For customers located in additional areas of Texas, such as Austin, San Antonio, Laredo, and Beaumont, we provide scheduled delivery once per week.

Customers in select areas of Louisiana may receive deliveries once every two weeks.

For customers outside these regions or in other states, please contact our sales team to coordinate a suitable delivery arrangement.


Refrigerated Delivery and Product Handling

All delivery vehicles are equipped with cooling systems to ensure that perishable, fresh, and frozen products are transported under optimal temperature conditions to maintain quality and safety.


Order Discrepancies and Product Returns

Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders at the time of delivery. If there are any missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please notify the delivery driver immediately.

Return guidelines:

  • Products must be returned in unopened and unused condition.

  • Returns must be made at the time of delivery and given directly to the driver.

  • All return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of purchase or within three delivery cycles, whichever comes first.

  • Delivery drivers carry return forms to document and process returned items appropriately.


Payment Collection

Delivery drivers are authorized to collect payment at the time of delivery. We currently accept:

  • Cash

  • Business checks
